The project consisted of the construction of a 27,000 sq. ft. addition to the company’s then current manufacturing facility located on Big Tree Road in the Town of Orchard Park. Polymer Conversions is a premier custom plastic injection molder specializing in highly technical, high tolerance medical components and gearing devices.

Med Bio is requesting the assignment and assumption of the Agency Lease and PILOT which would preserve the remaining PILOT benefit – through 2023 - which would provide approximately $40,000 in estimated benefits to the company during the remaining years of the PILOT.
