As authorized by Open Meetings Law Sections 103(c) and 104(4), the ECIDA Policy Committee Meeting noticed herein shall utilize videoconferencing.  The public has the right to attend the ECIDA Policy Committee Meeting at any of the above locations, from which members of the ECIDA Policy Committee are participating.
