Alyssa assists with the Incentives Portfolio function for the ECIDA, particularly compliance with Agency policies and insurance requirements. Prior to joining the ECIDA, she spent five years with Hale Expo Services, where she advanced into a management role overseeing office operations, customer service, and event coordination.
