As Compliance Portfolio Manager, Michelle leads the Incentives Portfolio function for ECIDA including reporting and presentations, reconciliations and problem resolution, portfolio and database management, and compliance with Agency policies.
Prior to joining the ECIDA, Michelle helped oversee compliance with multi-state insurance regulations at GEICO. She also had a lengthy career as a journalist, including a decade as arts editor at Rochester’s Democrat and Chronicle newspaper.
