PURSUANT TO NEW YORK GENERAL MUNICIPAL LAW §859-a
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Erie County Industrial Development Agency will conduct a public hearing at the time and place described below with respect to the project described below and the proposal of said Agency to provide financial assistance relative to such project:

DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
Issue one or more series of tax-exempt Refunding Revenue Bonds (the "Refunding Bonds")
in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $325,000,000 to provide funds to refund all
or a portion of the of the Issuer's School Facility Revenue Bonds (City School District of the
City of Buffalo Project), Series 2007A and the Issuer's School Facility Revenue Bonds (City
School District of the City of Buffalo Project), Series 2008A (collectively the "Prior Bonds")
and to pay issuance costs of the Refunding Bonds. The Prior Bonds were used for the
reconstruction of up to 80 school buildings located in the City School District of the City of
Buffalo.
